Powered by a 3 hp single-phase electric motor, the machine was constructed with readily available materials.
The kernel meal and derivable edible oil are part of the raw materials for manufacturing pharmaceutical binders, confectioneries, soaps and cosmetics.
The pictorial view in Figure 3 shows the different components of the machine after assembly while the specification of construction materials is shown in Table 1.
Materials and Methods used for Performance Testing Testing Procedure: Bush mango nuts were collected from South-West and South-East geographic zones of Nigeria where there are abundant bush mango trees.

The coated diamonds
were used for composite manufacturing and the thermal diffusivity of the compacted materials was
measured.
Basically there exist two possibilities to tailor the interface in a composite material which is produced by a powder metallurgical process: either a modification of the matrix material is made or the inclusions are pre-treated/modified.
The obtained composite materials were characterized with respect to thermal properties (thermal diffusivity).
Coating Thickness [nm] Mo coating (PVD) Specimen denotation Coating/ Process Mean thickness [nm] M58-S1 Mo-PVD 9,3 M58-S2 Mo-PVD 5,2 M58-S3 Mo-PVD 9,4 AR-W01 W-CVD 484,6 AR-W02 W-CVD 963,4 Figure 5: Results of transparency measurements and thickness determination using EMPA method Table 1: Results of thickness measurements obtained by EMPA measurements for PVD and CVD coatings Composite materials The diamonds coated by PVD and CVD process were used to manufacture a composite material.

At present, in the construction field ,whether in the lower-rise, middle-rise, even high-rise building, organic heat preservation material is mainstream materials for the current exterior wall thermal insulation system in our country. the biggest advantage of organic heat preservation material is qualitative light, good heat preservation, and the biggest disadvantage is poor fire safety and easy ageing.
When combustion smoke and is toxic, organic heat preservation material bearing quality and use fixed number of year are lower than the inorganic insulation materials.
Through various organic materials exterior insulation system fireproof performance test, fire safety of materials and structure elements are researched for external thermal insulation system[3], fire safety higher exterior insulation system is found to reduce the hidden danger of fire, and reduce fire facilitator action of exterior insulation system when the fire broke out[4] [5] For building exterior insulation system whether to adopt cavity structure(part sticky glue or full), organic insulation layer whether to adopt fire points warehouse or whether fire belt, organic heat preservation material surface whether to adopt thick fire protection layer, external wall thermal insulation system fireproof performance is researched by the fire performance experimental comparison.
To sum up, exterior insulation system composed of organic material insulation system(for example PPB and PPS system) can satisfy the requirement of fire through some structural measures.
