Abstract.
The exploration of new materials increasingly pursues multi-element structures.
The diffraction of all of the Li : (Ni,Co) = 50 : 50 products showed not only layer-type hexagonal structures such as LiCoO2 or LiNiO2 but also rock salt-type structure such as NiO.
Differences in the ionic radius (Costructure seemed to contribute to the peak
shift of the XRD patterns.
The neighbouring composition region of single phase with layered structure had multi phase of layered and rock salt type structure.

Abstract: In-situ surface modificated nano-zinc oxide was prepared in sol-gel method and the microscopic structure of the zinc oxide particles was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
Using corresponding physical, chemistry method measuring curing rubber cross bond type and proportion[4], it served as a bridge to establish communication between macroscopic property and microscopic structure.
At the same time, primary structure of these nano microne was modified in generation process of nano ZnO.

Using two highly efficient inhibitors, one for silicon and one for SiO2 and SiN it is possible by varying the hydrogenperoxide concentration to achieve tuneable formulated chemistry concerning selectivity.
The next step for micro transistors will be the introduction of CFET structures [3].
In Figure 3 we have etched a SALSA 3 structure without using the Hardmask inhibitor.
In case both inhibitors are used together in the formulated chemistry, we call the product “Selectipur® E-2504”.

This paper discusses the food ( drug ) use of fungus polysaccharide chemistry, relationship between structure and function and its development prospect.
0 Introduction
The scientist E.Fischer of German researches the carbohydrate before 100 years, people have gradually find that the polysaccharide has many aspects of biological activity, and non-toxic, it is an ideal drug, fungal polysaccharides is extracted from fruiting body, mycelium, and separation from fermentation liquor ,which can control cell division, regulation cell growth, fungal polysaccharide is a kind of important health functional food factors, such as laminarin and chondroitin sulfate can prevent hardening of the arteries, lentinan, tremella polysaccharide, polysaccharide of Acanthopanax senticosus, astragalus polysaccharides, polysaccharide, tuckahoe polysaccharide, Armillaria mellea polysaccharide have immune function and antitumor effect Rigidoporus ulmarius is an edible fungus used for medicinal purposes [1].
