Online since: June 2012
Authors: Xiao Li Pan, De Wen Meng, Fang Peng, Yu Feng Peng
The interaction of femtosecond laser with two-level atoms in optical materials was discussed.
Also the dynamic analysis of temporal evolution of atomic transition in a two-level system under the radiation of the frequency-chirped field in optical materials is analyzed.
Also the dynamic analysis of temporal evolution of atomic transition in a two-level system under the radiation of the frequency-chirped field in optical materials is discussed.
Conclusions In this paper, evolution of femtosecond pulse in resonant atomic medium with long distance, two-level atoms affected by ultrashort optical pulse and the dynamic analysis of temporal evolution of atomic transition in a two-level system under the frequency-chirped field in optical materials were presented.

The reversibility of phase transformations in Li2MnSiO4 and related materials during charge/discharge of the material is an important factor to enable the practical application of the cathode materials.
Materials mp-761394 and mp-762566 show exceptionally high volumetric capacitance, especially needed for polyanionic cathode materials [1], but we was not able to find naturally occurring isostructural analogue for these materials.
Gravimetric (black bars) and volumetric capacity (grey bars) for 14 best lithium manganese silicate cathode materials predicted by Materials Project database [10].

Numerical Simulation and Evaluation of Local Thickness Increment in Ironing by Finite Element Method
Online since: March 2010
Authors: Hisaki Watari, Yuji Kotani, Kazuki Nishiumura, Akihiro Watanabe
Tool shapes (contact angles with the original materials and contact length of
the punch with the material) that primarily affect thickness changes of original materials were
evaluated.
The sheet thickness after pressing can be controlled by thickening necessary parts of the materials.
This paper describes the flow of materials by press forming to increase local sheet thickness.
