Similarly, in 2001, Xiao Ming put forward a method to solve regenerative chatter and cutting tool strength in the cutting process of hard cutting material that is using larger corner radius tools [2].
And different processing materials are selected with different corner radius.
For different processing materials, corner radius chosen differently.

Materials and Methods Analytical samples were collected from a 5 mm-thick sheet of X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 super duplex stainless steel.

The problems associated with stainless steel weldment were precipitation and segregation and could be rectified by the proper selection of weld parameters and filler materials [3].
The microhardness profile showed a diminution of the microhardness from the base material to the weld zone which was the consequence of microstructural change.

Introduction Cleaning the surface rust and dirt with Strong-acid is an important means in the metal surface pretreatment ,the plumbing and boiler system.So far it is still widely used in metal materials, machinery, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry.
Therefore, the pickling process is a waste of the metal material and the acid lotion, at the same time a large amount of the pickling waste liquid is produced, which results in serious environmental pollutions. [1].So we add corrosion inhibitors in order to slow down the corrosion of the metal substrate and it can prevent the process of corrosion in the pickling of metallic materials.
The working electrode material is steel A3, the surface area of the working electrode is 1cm2, the rest of the electrode is embedded with epoxy resin.
