Transmission gear is key part of the mining equipment’s reliability, which quality not only directly affects the reliability of machinery and equipment of mine industry, but also directly related to production safety. If improving the quality of gear is only by using quality materials and special heat treatment, improving the precision of gear manufacturing and installation, then which effect is very limited because the design did not use the dynamic method- profile modification, and manufacturing costs of gear will be significantly increased. The dynamic method- profile modification was introduced in the design of heavy-loading mine gear is a significant effective and economical measure what has very important practical significance for improving the reliability of mining machinery and equipment, reduce equipment accidents.
