Introduction Chromium plating is a procedure for coating metal materials of various bases: steel, titanium alloys, nickel alloys, etc. [1, 2].
In [16], iodine was used to obtain coatings on a number of inorganic powder materials; however, it was not used for diffusion saturation of steel.
The roughness of coatings and raw materials was determined with a Mitutoyo SJ-201p profilometer.

Abstract.
Introduction Magnesium alloy as a structure material has attracted more attentions because of its high specific strength and stiffness.
The wear test was performed with MM200 type friction-wear tester, and test surface of all specimens were polished with 1000# SiC water proof abrasive paper. 20Cr steel with quench hardness of 53 HRC was used as material of the rubbing pair, which its boundary dimension isΦ45 mm×10 mm, and its working surface was ground to surface roughness of Ra of 0.8 μm. the ambient temperature was 18-20 Celsius degree.

In her opinion, she thinks[1] that supply chain management is to plan, control, coordinate and optimize in order to achieve efficient goods transportation and storage and high-quality services as well as valid information in the process from raw materials to final products so as to satisfy customers’ demands.
In supply chain management under mass customization, enterprises subcontract part or all raw materials, components, transportation and even after-sale services to cooperative enterprises and enterprises themselves are devoted to the core business they are good at to reduce production cost and strengthen supply chain flexibility, which enables enterprises to faster respond to customers’ individualized demands.

The production process of this industry involves a huge amount of transportation, which is of great energy consumption, as well as high energy consumption of raw materials production such as iron and steel, nonferrous metal, cement, wall brick.
Thirdly, we should control energy consumption of residents, develop energy consumption ladder price and transaction costs, plan reasonably the urban traffic, further enhance the convenience of the public transportation, reduce the residents travel public transportation cost, encourages people to purchase and use small cars and clean energy cars; Meanwhile, the government develop reasonably the real estate industry through technological progress developing energy-saving building materials.
