Either as woven or nonwoven structures, they are frequently employed in civil engineering projects (building, bridge, dam, and highway construction) and are a main component of geosynthetics.
It should also be mentioned that geotextiles enhance the service life of civil engineering constructions and minimize environmental impact [12-13].

emission; Mechanical behavior.
Introduction With the development of many rock engineering, such as tunnels and underground caverns, the fracture or failure of rock has been the subject of extensive researches in an excavation disturbed or damaged zone (EDZ) around rock underground opening, the results of which have led to a number of comprehensive study (Cai, 2004; Chang, 2002, 2004; Chen and Liu, 2004).
Nowadays, Acoustic Emission (AE) techniques are broadly applied to rock to obtain the information on crack initiation and propagation in these rock engineering (Chang, Lee, and Lee, 2003; Sahouryh, Dyskin, Germanovich, 2002).
It is important, however, at this stage to return to the mechanism of damage initiation as it represents an engineering lowing bound for in situ strength, as without initiation there can be no propagation.

Abstract.
The result of this paper is helpful to the numerical analysis and practical engineering design of RAC structures.
Introduction With the development of civil engineering industry, the quantity of waste concrete becomes larger and larger.
Most of the work on RAC has focused on its durability and stress-strain curve [3-4, 8], and the corresponding results have been used to many designs of engineering structures.

Abstract.
This paper presents the concept and the fundamental issues and the development on the environmental geotechnology in transmission lines foundation engineering.
The engineering property of the above regional special soil is very complicated [4].
Method of combination of strength and deformation has been more and more put into transmission line structure foundations engineering practices.
Volumes 243-249 of Advanced Materials Research. 2011 International Conference on Civil Engineering, Architecture and Building Materials (CEABM2011).
