materials, not only have large and medium cities at large opened uniform special service numbers in
community service, but many inner cities have opened special numbers of community service, such
as 5181890 ( meaning in Chinese: If I dial it, it will be useful.) community network center in
Chaoyang district in Beijing, 6948650 community service number in Lixia district in Ji'nan and the
two community service special numbers of 25202215and 25202216 in economic and technological

Abstract.
On the 415th Xiangshan Science Conference Symposium, Suping Peng academician proposed the development of CCS should follow the first easily after the order of difficulty, starting from the implementation cost lower industry in China, as the technology matures, the cost of implementation decreases, and then gradually extended.
