Introduction Magnetorheological fluids are smart materials that they exhibit characteristics like Newtonian fluids in general condition, while they are placed in a magnetic field, however, they would quickly change their form from liquid into viscous-plastic body in milliseconds, and their yield shear stress would change along with the magnetic field intensity; and if the magnetic field is removed, the MRF would quickly return to their original state of Newtonian fluids.
The magnetorheological effect and material were found in the early 1940s, but they were valued and rapidly developed until 1990s.
According to Preston Equation [4], in polishing process, the surface material removal rate is desired to be kept constant to improve surface quality.

As the creep goes on, the creep rate is reduced as dislocations pile up in channels to produce the strain strengthening, at the same time, the slipping and climbing of dislocations occur in the action of thermal activation, and then the strain rate of the alloy during creep maintains constant for entering the steady state stage, and the strain rate of the alloy during steady state creep may be expressed by Dorn law given as [7] (1) where is the strain rate during the steady state creep, A is the constant related to material structure, sA is the applied stress, n is the apparent stress exponent, R is the gas constant, T is thermodynamics temperature, Q is the apparent creep activation energy.
