The thermomechanical properties are measured from Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA) while the dielectric properties are measured from Vector Network Analyser (VNA).
At certain temperatures there is a change in mechanical properties.
It is expected that incorporation of hybrd fillers will affect the thermomechanical and dielectric properties, compared to adding just single filler alone.

XRD, FT-IR, and SEM techniques were used to characterize properties and microstructure of the cement.
The relationship between concentration of NaOH and Na2HPO4 and setting time, including final properties of the cement, is discussed.
It has been reported that changes of CPC compositions have affected the setting time, final products and mechanical properties [3-4].

The influence of the architecture of multilayer metal-carbon coatings, the nature of individual metallic layers (Ti, Cu), heat treatment parameters on their microhardness, the level of internal stresses and tribotechnical properties are determined.
Introduction The structure and properties of multilayer metal-carbon film coatings obtained by deposition in vacuum from plasma by arc discharge are largely determined by technological factors of their formation [1–4].
It gave the opportunity to implement the idea of the catalytic effect of metals on the phase and chemical composition of a carbon layer to change the structure and properties of the coating.
Conclusion The research of the structural and physical-mechanical properties of metal-carbon coatings shows that thermal annealing promotes graphitization of the carbon layer and the increase in the size of clusters of graphite in the coating, which reduces its microhardness.

Static analysis and dynamic analysis of CNC machine center based on ANSYS Xiaochen Pang1, a Hong Guo1, b 1Department of Mechanical&Electronic Engineering, Jiangyin Polytechnic College, Jiangyin Jiangsu,China axcpang@163.com bguohong_72@163.com Key words: CNC machine center; FEA; modal analysis; structure design Abstract: The static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of machine tool is one of the most important factors that affect the performance of machine tool, and it will affect the manufacturing final performance of the machine tool, and it is also an important index to evaluate the machine tool of high performances.
The influencing factors to working accuracy were pointed out and a way was proposed to improve the structure of the machine center.
It is hard to fully disclose the whole property of machine tool by only analyzing individual part.
Especially, dynamic and static stiffness affecting working accuracy and accuracy stability of CNC directly, so it is very important to study the dynamic and static characteristics of complete machine.
Dynamic characteristics analysis The dynamic characteristics of machine tool are the key factors that affect machine performance, and directly affect the final processability of machine tool and are important indicators to evaluate machine performance.

The experimental results show that M-A island is one of the important factors controlling the toughness of high strength steel in bainite structure.
However, bainite ferrite itself is also a very critical factor for the overall mechanical properties of steel [4].
When the final cooling temperature changes, the bainite structure changes, and the morphology and volume fraction of M-A island also change, which affects the mechanical properties of steel [6-9].
Its comprehensive mechanical properties are best at three different final cooling temperatures.

The properties of nano-particles are given in Table 1.
The properties of PP fibers are shown in Table 2.
Table 1 Properties of nano-particles Item Diameter (nm) Specific surface area (m2/g) Density (g/cm3) Purity (%) Phase SiO2 10±5 640±50 <0.12 99.9 - TiO2 15 240±50 0.04~0.06 99.7 Anatase Table 2 Properties of PP fibers Item Elongation (%) Titer (D) Diameter (μm) Length (mm) Value 40±3 11±0.5 84~92 15±1 Table 3 Mix proportions of pavement concretes (kg/m3) Mixture No.
The mechanical property of concretes containing PP fibers is improved.
The relationship appears to be liner and the correlation coefficient is close to 1.0, which confirms that the flexural strength is a critical factor affecting the impact property of concrete.

It is found that the presence of Al2O3 nano particle led to significant improve in mechanical properties, especially at addition of 0.5 Vf% Al2O3.
The porosity level tend to increase with increasing of Al2O3 and caused decrement in mechanical properties.
Ductility is an important factor, since the particle that used is very hard and brittle so the combination between two materials will improve the properties of aluminium.
The addition of alumina particles increases mechanical properties of matrix, especially at addition of 0.5 % Vf Al2O3.
Furthermore, alumina particles also impede the dislocation movement that improve mechanical properties of the composite.

Using common borosilicate glass capillary as experimental material, the affecting parameters of micro channel inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness and functional unit key parameter are tested, such as heating voltage, heating time, pulling velocity, pulling displacement and inner pressure.
The key parameter of D is controlled by heating voltage and pressure difference inside and outside. 3.3 Single factor experiment of cylindrical micro-channel The VBMCFD performance is decided by glass micro machining properties and glass capillary movement characteristics.
Should be caused by the nonlinearity of glass material viscosity-temperature properties and surface tension, but softened glass material is too little, so as to no significant nonlinear.
Because the softened glass material is little and the temperature drops, the micro-channel inner and outer diameter dropped sharply to shrinkage fracture. 3.4 Single factor experiments of functional unit Considering the influence factors of glass micro-channel wall thickness, less softening material, molding control difficulty under high temperature and so on, the heating voltage is selected 4V to extend the heating time.
Conclusions (1) Based on the properties of glass softening and forming, the fabricating process of vitreous bionic micro channel is proposed.
