However, when complex surface is machined, constant feed-rate will bring about fluctuation of material removal rate and overload of machine tools or break of cutter, so machining efficiency and quality are degraded.
Zhou et.al [2] adjusted feed-rate by using cutting simulation system and machine tool characters so that constant material removal rate was obtained and feed-rate was optimized.
(d), tool paths are generated by CL method, machining material is Al metal, and the machining time before and after optimization are 4 minutes and 48 seconds, 4 minutes and 19 seconds, respectively, so the machining efficiency is improved by about 10.1%.In Fig.4(e), tool paths are generated by CS method, machining material is zirconia, and the machining time before and after optimization are 3 minutes and 30 seconds , 3 minutes and 17 seconds, respectively, so the machining efficiency is improved by about 6.2%.Compared with CL method, which feed-rates are not optimized, the machining efficiency of CS method with feed-rates optimization is improved about 31.6%.In the whole machining process, cutting status is stable and vibration of machine tool is low.

Due to teaching program, and teaching equipment, and teaching material and other problems, the course teaching of engineering management specialty still utilizes traditional teaching method at present.
Using rich graphics, video, audio, animation and so on material realizes the interaction of knowledge and engineering practice, and stimulates potentiality of "teaching" and "learning".

Introduction With the development of science and technology, manufactured products becomes complex, from a single function to multifunction.
On the machine head of each process and production line to get a conclusion after investigation that, operation personnel, material, machine and management methods have important influence on production line balance rate, among them, the operator of the main factors affecting operation proficiency, include the operation technique and quality consciousness, etc.
Material main influencing factors include incoming quality, convenient condition of material, etc., the choice of the fixture, failure rate of machine and field management of production line control affects the rate of assembly line balancing.[4] Construct the production line simulation model Collecting and analysis to the existing system data Production system in this design is belongs to the discrete system which the processing time, subassembly, arrival time is not a fixed constant, but random and generally to from a certain random distribution.
