Under the supposition the temperature of the whole grating is homogeneous, and the variety of the temperature is also homogeneous, in the temperature measurement range, the coefficient of thermal expansionof the grating material is nearly constant value, and therm-optical coefficient of the grating material is nearly constant value, then the formula above can be rewritten as , order, then the following can be got: (3) The formula above illustrates the relationship of the changes of fiber grating center reflected wavelength with the temperature, andis temperature sensing coefficient.
