Corresponding to each performance index, the parameter value in R, the resistance, could be achieved according to the material design based on the code and data base or the standard experiment in the laboratory (such as the compressive strength, concrete anti-carbonization coefficient, chloride ion diffusion coefficient and alike).

The original design of the sulphur content in raw materials was 0.88%, while the sulphur content reached 2.46% in previous cycles, far beyond the design load.

When establishing the mathematical model of temperature field in the process of cooling, simplifying should be done as follows: Ignores the gap thermal resistance between cavity with plastic melt, and takes heat-conducting properties of the mould materials as isotropic.
