Wavelengths The switching character of the device relies on the carrier photogeneration rate, which equally relies on the light wavelength, material absorption coefficient and surface reflectivity.
However, both material absorption coefficient and surface reflectivity is nonlinear function of the wavelength, which, in turn influence the switching character.
