Moreover, proper functioning of the motor means the safety of the car and driver.
Once car engine breaks down, not only the journey will be delayed, sometimes traffic accident will be generated by the failure of the engine and driver will get hurt.

With the expected growth in air traffic at the major airports the environmental pressure groups will become more vocal.
Aircraft noise Following several research studies, technical meetings, conferences and law suits, the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) eventually recommended national legislation that would match the existing US noise control rules.
The established international and national regulations now impose maximum noise exposure at three critical operating conditions (see Fig. 1).

When applied the wheel hub motor and the X-by-wire tech, the vehicle body could realize the weak rigidity connection with the cabin of the electric vehicle, which might isolate from the vehicle body in emergence to guarantee the safety of both the driver and the passenger as much as possible.
Adopting the wheel hub motor brings many advantages: the more conveniently using the X-by-wire technology, the possibility of the weak rigidity connection between the cabin and the body, and the cabin’s separation from the body in emergence which is shown in Fig.3, the more safety for the driver and the passenger if the high-strength elastic materials were used in the cabin. 1 normal driving 2 forward collision driving Fig.3.
The intelligence driving system would liberate people from the driving, meanwhile, it also causes the safety awareness drop.
Any problems about the intelligence driving system would bring about unimagined results, and the legal responsibility cannot be defined clearly in the traffic accident.
