In the dynamic identification of engineering structures, input signals are unknown and modal parameter identification procedure is therefore based on output-only measurement signals.
The following simulated example will demonstrate how to identify the modal parameters of a civil engineering structure through the output-only data by the proposed wavelet-based spectrum density.
The proposed wavelet-based identification technique indicates the promising in the estimation modal parameters of the practical engineering structures.

The study on workability and mechanical properties of high volume fly ash underwater concrete Xu Zhang1,a, Qiaoling Liu2,b, Yuqing Hu1 1 School of Civil Engineering, Shandong Jiaotong University, Jinan250023, PR China 2 School of Civil Engineering, Shandong Jianzhu University, Jinan 250101,PRChina azhtmh339@126.com, blql263@163.com Key words: Concrete, underwater, fly ash , workability, mechanical proerty Abstract In this paper, in order to resolve contradiction that is between high workability and anti-segregation in fresh concrete, low early strength and poor carbonation resistance property of concrete and high volume fly ash addition, high performance water reducer is used to reduce yield stress in fresh concrete, mineral mixture and flocculating agent are used to adjust viscosity and measure of activation enhances early strength of this concrete.
▪ Selecting the ludox which have good adaptability to improve the early activity of the active mineral admixture, adjusting the distribution of mineral potential chemical energy of hydration in time, it will greatly facilitate the application of high-volume fly ash concrete in engineering applications.
