Application of MEMS technology, the micropyrotechnic igniter are produced.The principle is based on the integration of the potassium salt of 7-hydroxy-4,6-dinitro-5,7-dihydrobenzofuroxanide (KDNBF) material within a micropyrotechnic igniter, which is produced by MEMS with 3 by 3 micro-igniter.
Micro-pyrotechnics can be defined as the integration of an energetic material into a multi-functional micro-system, for which the thermal, mechanical and chemical energy released by decomposition[8].
The variance of resistance on Ni-Cr bridges are less than 5Ω, but the variance of resistance on Al bridges are about 20Ω.Range and variance of resistance of Ni-Cr bridges are minor,which indicate that compatibility and homogeneity of resistance of Ni-Cr bridges are better than resistance of Al bridges. 3.Experiments The energetic materials of pyrotechnics are relatively unstable materials, which is easy to explosion and burning effect by exoteric energy.
