Domestic construction science of Russia is also studying the problem of PPP, as it is evidenced by numerous publications in domestic and foreign professional publications, as well as dissertational research ([18-24] and others).
The round tables identified and formulated the reasons for the future development of the IT-industry, for which government support is required: ● imperfection of the legislative framework in the field of state regulation and state support of the interactive technologies industry (in particular in the construction industry); ● lack of state support for IT-programs domestic producers in engineering and education, in particular, developers of educational resources devoted to the history and prospects for the development of the construction industry in Russia, based on Russian scientific and technical sources and innovative materials, organisational solutions and technologies used in domestic construction building production; ● a generally low level of mass vocational education in open areas of management; ● inadequate assistance of the RF state authorities in developing a balanced policy in the regulation of the IT-industry relations between market participants, professional and expert communities

Introduction The final properties of the rubber material depend on a number of elements (type of base rubber, type and number of additives, composition and vulcanization), which renders the process of designing the blend very difficult and dependent on previous experience [1].
Materials and mechanical characterization The blends used in this work contained a base rubber (EPDM), carbon black (several grades, characterized by their dibutyl phthalate oil absorption, DBPA, and their iodine absorption number, IAN), an antioxidant (IPPD), sulphur, accelerants (CBS and DTDM), processing aids (zinc oxide and myristic acid) and naphthenic oil.

Introduction Sensors that can withstand high temperature are significant in space exploration, combustion monitoring and oil drilling industries [1]. 4H-SiC is an attractive semiconductor material for high temperature electronic sensing applications because of its wide band gap, low intrinsic carrier concentration and high thermal conductivity [2]. 4H-SiC based sensors, including optical detectors, microelectromechanical sensors, gas sensors [1], temperature sensors [3, 4], etc., have drawn special attentions and been widely studied.
The starting material was a 4 inch n-type 4H-SiC wafer with epitaxial layers (grown by Norstel AB).
The p-type contact material was Ni/Ti/Al stack and it was formed by patterning, lift-off and RTA.
