The maximum stress of tooth root which has the larger moment is smaller than 100Mpa and is far smaller than the material yield limit.
Its value far exceeds the yield limit of material and the components enter the stage of plastic deformation.

The captured materials on the wall can be conductive to be tossed again to enter the inner rotation under the impact of eccentric vertical circulation, which can finally create hopper back-mixing that can decrease the separation efficiency and make the inner rotation even more disorder.

PANI composited conductive fabric features wide application, has developed from the general anti-static fields to the electromagnetic shielding (EMI), electronic intelligence, anti-bacterial deodorant, electrochromic, absorbing stealth materials and other special areas, the prospect of market is broad.
In this study, based on the experimental studies of single factor, the experiment of five-factor quadratic general rotation combination were designed to produce a good electrical conductivity of PANI composited conductive fabrics with nylon / spandex warp-knitted fabric of locknit stitch as matrix material, PANI as the conductive material and in-situ polymerization as the method, which is helpful for the further research of smart textiles.

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS), which took effect on 1 July 2006, restricts the use of six hazardous materials including Pb in the manufacturing of electronics devices.
Thus, the drive to eliminate lead (Pb) from electronics has resulted in the replacement of Pb-free alloys for both surface finish and soldering materials in electronic devices.
However, as the electronics industry migrated toward Pb-free assembly and system, the surface finish materials have been replaced with pure Sn or Sn-based alloys.

NPEs are synthetic detergents main raw materials, very extensive.
Qiao, etc’s research [21], the survey results of sludge samples from 4 wastewater treatment plants were all detected NP kind material, and the concentration range in 1~ 128 mg/kg for three consecutive years since 2003.
The sludge was placed under 5 kGY of 60Co-ray irradiation in 24 hours, the sludge easily degradable organic matter content of contaminants was in the increase, and refractory material was reduced.

On the other hand, when the materials passed through the small gap of between the planetary screws and the center screw bottom, they were suffered from much higher shear rates, squeezing and stretching action due to the periodic perturbation in the space and speed, thus the dispersion of the materials were improved.

In summary, no obvious difference in dispersion of CaCO3 is found, but the material were suffered to the much stronger shear rates in the intermeshing zones of the twin-screw extruder, and larger ratio of the length to the diameter also increased the residence time of the materials.
