Ridha Hambli[4] predicted the nonlinear connection between punch clearance and material elongation using FEM and ANN.
The material properties are shown as follows: elastic modulus E is 68600MPa; ultimate strength σb is 210.5MPa; yield strength σ0.2 is 100MPa; passion ratio μ is 0.33; density ρ is 2.78e-6 kg/mm3.
In forming process of sheet metal, the relationship between springback and factors such as dimensions of sheet metal, material property and shape of mold etc. is nonlinear.

This is because when the heating temperature is getting higher and higher, organic compounds occurs a chemical reaction to produce the chemically stable and relatively low density material, for example CH4, CO2, water and so on, making the relative density and the amount of hydrocarbon decreased, methanation coefficient increased, the critical pressure increased, the critical temperature decreased.
Therefore, it can be directly used as raw Chemical materials and fuel.
After microwave heating treatment, the oil phase can be directly used as raw chemical materials and fuel, and more susceptible to be reuse

It has the advantages of high productivity, materials saving, low dilution rate, good shaping quality, low labor intensity and so on.
DHT-400C is adopted in our system, it has good cooling performance and high powder utilization ratio, and it can make use of all kinds of powder to weld on various shapes and materials of workpieces.

PANI composited conductive fabric features wide application, has developed from the general anti-static fields to the electromagnetic shielding (EMI), electronic intelligence, anti-bacterial deodorant, electrochromic, absorbing stealth materials and other special areas, the prospect of market is broad.
In this study, based on the experimental studies of single factor, the experiment of five-factor quadratic general rotation combination were designed to produce a good electrical conductivity of PANI composited conductive fabrics with nylon / spandex warp-knitted fabric of locknit stitch as matrix material, PANI as the conductive material and in-situ polymerization as the method, which is helpful for the further research of smart textiles.
