Effect of Carbon Fiber on Composite Materials Due to its unique properties such as electrical – thermal conductivity and mechanical strength, carbon fiber is extensively preferred carbon form.
Due to these properties, carbon fiber-containing composite materials have superior properties such as chemical stability, high heat and electrical conductivity, low density and hardness.
Polyaniline has been used extensively because of it’s easy synthesis, good resistance to environmental factors and high electronic conductivity in the synthesis of metal oxides for biosensors.
Some metal oxides and their applications, properties and synthesis [54].
Since the mechanical and thermal properties of biopolymers show equivalent properties to many polymers used in the industry, they have begun to gain importance as alternative materials in all fields where polymers are used.

Product modeling is the principal designer of creation, and the product smoothly; easy to use, ergonomic operability and other factors must be considered.
But, must study the color is the product strategy task. 3) Design and ergonomics For products Evaluation, in addition to shape and color, the ergonomic factors can not be avoided.
(1) Longitudinal conversion design Vertical transformation is designed by a group of the same function, the same properties, the same or similar structure, and the size and performance parameters of the different product series design, namely longitudinal series
(3) Similar transformation design Similar transformation design is actually another way of vertical transform that is in the same condition of functional properties; it will transform the structure, the shape and size, performance parameters to be a similar series of products according to a certain proportion.

While several factors can affect a lens biocompatibility, perhaps the most important is the wettability of the lens; therefore gas permeable lenses form a compromise between the hard and soft lenses.
In this method, the final power and shape of the finished lens is dependent on several factors.
All these factors contribute to the final lens geometry [3].

A full 3D finite element method has been used to understand how nano-clay particles affect the mechanical properties of an epoxy/clay nanocomposite.
Introduction Analytical and numerical models are useful tools to study the factors controlling the mechanical properties of clay nanocomposites.
For example, the analysis of Fornes & Paul [1], Wang & Pyrz [2] and Sheng et al [3] showed that the key factors enhancing the stiffness of clay nanocomposite are the clay particle's high modulus, high aspect ratio and volume fraction.
The ability to model gallery failure is to consider the gallery failure mechanism reported by Wang et al [4] and understand its effects on the mechanical properties of the epoxy/clay nanocomposite.
No gallery damage has been observed in the RVE models; hence it is believed that gallery failure is an unlikely factor to cause the observed loss in the ultimate tensile strength of the epoxy/clay nanocomposite of [4].

The reasons for this property scatter were investigated and traced back to different influencing factors.
Summarized, the test result is affected by a superposition of several influences.
The properties of the master heat are passed down to the specimen, while the manufacturing process adds further individualities.
It is self-evident, that manufacturers and users of the material are interested in those melts, whose properties are better than average.
Summary A weak correlation between the chemical composition and the mechanical properties could be detected.

Compressive residual stress field and strain hardening effect induced by shot peening are well known two factors for an enhancement of fatigue behavior of structural components [1, 2, 3], but it seems hard to find a universal model that takes into account both factors and can predict, for example, residual stress relaxation during fatigue based upon changed mechanical properties in the peened layer.
Since most of components are thick enough as compared with shot peening affected layer, the yield limit of specimen in central zone will not be affected by shot peening, and residual stress in the region is near to zero.
Its conventional mechanical proprieties are listed in Table 1.

With a comparison of the experimental and calculated results, it is anticipated that the region of surface in a depth less than 0.03mm will has different mechanical properties to the interior.

It will seriously affect the accuracy and reliability of machine tools working.
Sub-sections of beams composed of its properties, especially its dynamic characteristics than the overall beam will be very different, its mechanical impedance and frequency response function will be very different.
(2-6) Affect the accuracy of the accidental results there are many factors, even if exact single degree of freedom system[3].
Combined with appropriate medium between the surface can significantly improve the joint surface stiffness and damping characteristics. adding media material to improve the mechanical properties of high vibration resistance in the design of modern machinery and equipment in a wide range of applications.
The factors effect the dynamic of the joint surface, such as bolt pretension pressure, media and so on.

Four-point bend fatigue test[11] were conducted using a MTS810 Materials Testing System in ambient air to evaluate the fatigue properties of the alloys.
Therefore, to evaluate the fatigue property of aluminum alloy, pore density and distribution could not be taken as the only factor, the microstructure state, pore shape, and other weakest links should be taken into account synthetically.
The fatigue property of aluminum alloy was affected by pore density and pore size, the microstructure state and other weakest links that may initiate a fatigue crack

Many factors will affect the molding quality of a part during manufacturing.
Factor is a variety of attributes or properties of objects, it is also called as parameter indicator or quality indicator which can reflect the comprehensive quality of various objects.
We usually evaluate a fixed object on the basis of these factors.
A factor set is composed of collection of some distinct factors which can be expressed as U = {}.
During FDM processing from nozzle, a change in temperature affects filamentous material flow firstly, and then affect other factors according to the order of extrusion width > bond performance ≈ accumulation performance..

Introduction It is known that one of the main factors that determine the reliability of machine parts during their operation is their fatigue strength.
Stretching of the samples to determine the mechanical properties of metals was carried out on a tensile power machine Tinius Olsen H100KU.Investigation of the structure of metals and fracture surfaces was performed on a JSM-3U scanning microscope.
An increase in the number of parameters at the input of a neural network, a change in its architecture and the presence of a large database will further allow investigating other factors that affect the fatigue strength of metals at low temperatures, but which are difficult to study in climatic chambers.
