Study on a Novel Separating Flat Heat Pipe Radiator Junheng Du Kunfeng Liang Lin Wang Henan Key Laboratory of Automotive Energy-saving and New Smart Energy, Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang 471003 China Key Words: flat heat pipe; model; charging ratio; heat transfer limitation; design Abstract: A novel separating flat heat pipe radiator was developed for high power rectification equipment,the physical and mathematic heat transfer model was built; The influences of the charging ratio, coil diameter and interbank combination on heat transfer limitation and temperature uniformity were researched; The characteristics of heat transfer system with four different kinds of interbank combinations between the new type of heat pipe and the common were analyzed .
(2) Where hfg is evaporative latent hate. the full calculation equation of full thermal resistance of heat pipe: (3) Where δg is the wall thickness of evaporative part of heat pipe , δrg is coefficient of heat conductivity of heat pipe, Azf is inner superficial area of evaporative part of heat pipe , hzf is coefficient of heat transfer between inner wall and working medium , Aln is inner superficial area of condensed heat pipe , h ln is coefficient of heat transfer between inner wall and working medium , δ is the wall thickness of condensed part of heat pipe , λsr is coefficient of heat conductivity of condensed part material of heat pipe , A f is gross area of radiator , hf is coefficient of heat transfer between condensed air and radiator , Rbh is deliver resistance of saturated vapor of heat pipe.
