Materials and methods Sample collection and processing:Sludge samples were collected from 20 sewage treatment plant of 9 cities in Jiangsu province.After the collection of samples, samples were freeze-dried, ground, and homogenized by sieving through a stainless steel 75-mesh sieve and stored in aluminum foil bags at −20◦C until extraction.

Given different media and the gasification conditions, low-grade biomass can be changed into high-grade gas as much as possible, as well as provide the raw materials for the production of ethanol [1-3].
Currently, there are two ways of producing ethanol, one is made by fermentation of sugar or starch materials, and the other is petroleum cracking of ethylene and ethylene hydrate to get it[4].
