However, numerous existing research materials indicate that if blasting vibration velocity can be controlled under 5cm/s, existing structures would be in security operation condition.

Problems
Enterprises informatization is essentially digitizing business processes ,such as production process, material movement, transaction processing, cash flow, customer interaction through a variety of information systems to generate a new network of information resources which is available to all levels of people to observe all kinds of dynamic business information to make optimal combination of elements conducive to the production decision, rationally allocate the corporate resources to enable enterprises to adapt to the changing competitive environment of the market economy, and seek the greatest economic benefits.
Even if some SMEs have the ability to purchase pre-basic hardware and software systems, but the management and maintenance of information systems is a long-term project, which requires the continuous investment and support of human, material and financial resources, generally speaking, the maintenance costs of the enterprise information system account for an annual capital cost of 10% to 20% of the entire system’s construction expenses.

Subsequently, enterprises in industry clusters lack innovative capacity and their competition strengths heavily rely on the competitive costs of production factors, such as cheap labors and low lost raw materials.

In fact, traditional SAFT and F-SAFT are required to collect material surface 2-D matrix ultrasonic signal in the two dimensional case.
The two-dimensional matrix signals comprise the acoustic beam scanned by stepping distance of the sample surface in the ultrasonic field, many measuring points at the surface will be received the scattering acoustic field from a point of the internal defects in the material .
