Syntheses and thermo-decomposition process of the co-doping VO2(M) precursor Aihong Bia and Jinhua Zhub College of Science, Naval University of Engineering, Hubei 430033, China abiaihong@163.com; bzhujinhua123456@163.com Keywords: Precursor; Thermo-decomposition; Co-doping Abstract.
In this paper, the precursor doped with W6+ and Mo6+ ionic had been synthesized by oxalic acid, V2O5, (NH4)6W7O24·6H2O and (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O as raw materials.
The little difference between them might be because of the raw materials lost in the preparing process.

Hot Tearing in Cast Aluminum Alloys Shimin Li1,a, Diran Apelian1,b and Kumar Sadayappan2,c 1Metal Processing Institute, WPI, Worcester, MA 01609 USA 2CANMET- Materials Technology Laboratory, Hamilton, ON L8P 0A5 Canada ashiminli@wpi.edu, bdapelian@wpi.edu, cKumar.Sadayappan@NRCan-RNCan.gc.ca Keywords: Hot Tearing, Aluminum Alloys, Process Parameters, Grain Refinement, Simulation Abstract MPI and CANMET, both members of the Light Metal Alliance, launched a research project to study hot tearing in aluminum alloys.
Outcomes The outcomes from this project have been presented in several articles that has been either published or submitted to professional journals.
The effect of mold temperature, mold material and pouring temperature on the susceptibility of hot tearing is also investigated, and the results agree well with the experiments.
Acknowledgments The authors gratefully acknowledge the member companies of the Advanced Casting Research Center for their support of this work, and for their continued support of research focused on the science and technology of metal casting at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
The authors also thank Geethe Nadugala of CANMET Material Technology Laboratory, and Dr.

Introduction Traditionally, the optimal design of structures formed by some objective function together with the requirement to minimize or maximize its complex requirements, taking into account the efficiency and adaptability, as well as restrictions on the material and labor resources [1].
The objective function, allowing estimating the total cost of building construction (design costs, the cost of materials (concrete, rebar, mortgage details), the cost of production of construction, transportation and installation): (1) Where – production cost of 1m3 of concrete "in work"; – Production cost of 1t reinforcement steel "in work"; - Volume of concrete k-th plate; - Volume of this type of reinforcement steel; KC , KW - Coefficient of recount; coefficient of winter appreciations; - Additional costs, including reinforcement steel for the manufacture of frames and inserts, framing technological holes overlap and anchorage.
Application of the method of search engine optimization for C and J-procedure reveals the carrying capacity of the reserve and to provide material savings by reducing the height plate and flow of fixtures by 10-15%.
