In our experiments, we found that chlorogenic acid exhibited high content in Flos Lonicerae material and good absorption in evaporative light scattering detector, so it is reasonable to determine the three indicator only with ELSD.
Materials and reagents Seven samples (No.1-No.7) of Flos Lonicerae were gathered from Ziyuan county, Guangxi province, and nine samples (No.8-No.16) from Longhui county, Hunan province.

Since the properties of RPC bridge piers, such as the stress, deformation, load capacity, and failure mechanism, are different from ordinary concrete (OC) and high performance concrete (HPC) piers, it is necessary to do more seismic performance tests, and build a new and more accurate model for RPC material instead of the restoring force model of OC and HPC.
They designed the RPC piers according to the relative Chinese design code of viaduct, and verified the accuracy of the design of RPC by using finite element analysis to calculate the mechanical properties of RPC piers in normal use limit condition, the stability, ultimate bearing capacity, seismic performance, and then concluded that RPC piers possess better seismic performance using even less materials.

As for compound like benzpyrole, it was generally regarded as the product of tryptophan metabolized by lignin or termite itself after pyrolysis [5], while, there were also researches hold that they were raw materials needed by fungus to compound various kinds of secondary metabolites containing nitrogen aromatic, and some researches also found that tryptophan and its ramifications in white-rot fungi can stabilize and enhance the activity level of lignin peroxidase and laccase [6].

So the width and height of the seam are decreased, which result in incomplete penetration, the section of the test sample is shown in Fig.5 (b); If the laser scanning speed is too fast, the welding material melted in the bath will becomes less and less because the laser cladding time is shorter, so the weld joint cannot be fully filled and the welding coating surface exists some hollows.
