Experimental Material and Method
The ring specimen is 45 steel plated with 0.1mm thickness nickel coating as shown in Fig.1.
The block specimen is special rubber material SHX-2 used in water-lubricated bearings liner as shown in Fig.2 [6].
The basic mechanical properties of the rubber material for water-lubricated bearings were given in Table 1.

PVC has been regarded as the main raw material producing dioxins (PCDD/F).
Thermogravimetry analysis is usually used to analysis the combustion behavior of materials on a Shimadzu TGA-60WS analyzer.
From the view point of heat release and the hazard of heat release, the material characteristics of EPDM was better than PVC.

Abstract Transient electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry and chronoamperometry were used to study the electrochemical reaction mechanism and electrocrystallization process in a NaCl-KCl-CuCl2 system at 700℃.
It was found that red dendritic material generated on the cathode.
The material is copper proved by energy spectrum (Fig.2).

By refining and removing all these impurities, especially Fe, this Al-Si coarse alloy can become valuable alloy materials.
The tensile strength is increased by about 30% from 132MPa to 172MPa and the elongation doubles from 1.1% to 2.3%, while the yield strength of the material is almost the same.
