The in-situ O2 plasma also showed near-ideal capacitance-voltage (C-V) behavior with low hysteresis and reduced flat-band voltage values, indicating a clear reduction of the interface and bulk trap charges (Fig. 2(b)).
Indeed, it has been found that the devices exhibit mildly improved hysteresis after PDA, attributed to further reduction of trap charges.
Fig. 3(c) shows the XRD data of HfAlO film.
To confirm the influence of PDA on the oxygen composition of the gate dielectric, the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) data of the gate dielectric layer was analyzed (Fig. 3(c)).
The reduction of oxygen vacancies during the O2 treatment improves trap density [6].

As a result, a reduction of input power on the compressor leads to energy savings in the A/C.
First, the measured data were taken on the air conditioner which was operated with R290 as working fluid and using mineral oil lubricant without nanoparticle.
To obtain the cooling capacity and COP, the measured data are plotted in P-h (pressure vs. enthalpy) diagram as shown in Fig. 1.
(4) (5) The input power reduction due to nanoparticle in the lubricant is calculated by Eq. (6)
Using Eq. (6), the input power reduction on the air conditioner using nanoparticle in the lubricant is 3.1%.

IT has the ability of all-weather, all-day, large area, the distance to obtain real-time high-resolution image data.
If it has not the additive noise component, When compared with the details of target the radar imaging system resolution is smaller, the sampling interval of the speckle noise pollution is big enough, and a pixel quality of reduction are independent of each other, the SAR image speckle noise model can be simplified as multiplicative noise model.
Fig 1 Improvement of denoising algorithm flow chart spot 2 Experiment results and analysis of SAR image In order to evaluate denoising effect, we need not only evaluation of the noise reduction effect from the visual perception, also need the objective evaluation index of noise reduction effect, the real SAR images, the commonly used evaluation indicators are: smooth index FI; Edge to keep index ESI;equivalent number of looks ENL; Histogram test filtering effect; The mean value; Standard variance; Edge to keep index (FOM); Peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR); The mean square error (MSE), and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
This paper adopted two evaluation indexes to do detailed analysis to the result of the filtering, the data listed in table 2, and the corresponding edge detection image as shown in figure 4 C From figure 2 and figure 3and figure 2, table 1, it shows the comparison from the denoising ability and FOM to various filtering algorithm. 1. the denoising ability .The mean filter has a superior noise smoothing ability; Median filter is different from the mean filter, which will not cause the fuzzy boundaries of SAR image in the attenuation of noise, also can be better to isolate speckle noise; Lee filter effect is better than median filter but the noise of the edge is still obvious; Frost eliminate the speckle noise very well, but there are still some spots.

According to aggregate data from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies [1], the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction [2], and the global database EM-DAT [3], thousands of catastrophic events have occurred worldwide over the past ~15 years, resulting in the mass destruction of buildings and infrastructure.
The data confirm that WUD is a global phenomenon that affects all regions of the world and various types of events, from wars and terrorist attacks to natural disasters and industrial accidents.
Accounting is entrusted to the authorized bodies at the site of the debris, with data entered into the official register.
Such components are identified through visual inspection, the use of instruments (dosimeters, gas analyzers), and analysis of data on destroyed objects.
Although the full-scale launch of such a system is still ahead, the first steps (data collection, staff training) have already been taken [25].

Result shows that a significant reduction of
the particle size occurred when the substrate was placed in the spray jet.
The reduction in particle size was due to the effect of the blockage of the substrate on the spray.
Test data were obtained by averaging results of five test runs.

In the absence of chelating agents, the biomass of the control (Pot No.7) exhibit clearly reduction compared with that of the blank (Pot No.8), and the reduction amount of the shoot and root are about 16% and 33% of the blank biomass, respectively.
From our other preliminary experiment (Data in the experiment are not shown in this paper), it is confirmed that the addition of enhancing regulators, such as gibberellic acid (GA3) and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), improves the biomass in case of Brassica juncea as with the work of Hadi et al. [16] using maize (Zea mays L.).
Then, the reduction of the biomass observed in this work can be settled by using regulators such as GA3 and IAA.
The data obtained and the method used in this work can be useful for the remediation of metal polluted soils in future work.

Introduction
At present the reduction of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions is one of the most important
challenges that the automotive industry is facing.
Consequently, the need of limited fuel consumption and pollution emission with eventually constant or improved performances is leading towards a dramatic attention for the car weight reduction.
Hence reproducible results can be provided, because only blanks with comparable initial temperatures before the deep drawing process takes place, are used for the following evaluation of the data.
These approaches were developed at two labs, one in Germany and one in Italy, implying different testing set-ups and data analysis procedure to obtain the friction coefficient between sheet and dies.

During field studies the various available forms of input data were collected.
Energy usage data is considered to be a pre-requisite for the development of SEU-statements of organisations.
If construction data is not available this data is often not easy to find.
The following section specifies data which is for the development of action plans.
Weather Data: This is required to analyse and normalise energy consumption data, e.g. by using degree days [18].

Specially designed processing algorithms are capable of extracting important data like size, quantity, distance or 2D/3D coordinates in general.
A methodology for amplitude of vibration measurement and a software tool for modal analysis realization based on visual data were developed.
Vision data obtained from a CCD camera were processed in the developed frame-grabber module.
This vision data represented a control signal in the feedback control loop of the mechatronic active vibration control system.
In this area, results of measurement experiment of developed methods were applied as input data to the algorithm of estimation of modal parameters based on visual data.

After this time, the activity decreases and corrosion products appear causing a adhesion reduction of subsequently applied coatings.
After blasting with cut wire the reduction of the adhesion appears not before 8 hours after blasting because of the different shape of the resulting surface.
The data obtained by this method are further analyzed and may provide important information on the composition of the system in terms of its electrical properties.
