In addition new materials like Carbon fiber and other composites with a very high stability have entered the prosthetic market [3].
For our prototype of the active driven knee prosthesis, we used the following components: - Mechanical build up: Combination of composite materials - Electric-drive: BLDC-Motor with a maximum power output of PMotor=200W - Kinematic solution: Bevel helical gearbox with mono axial knee axis - Energy source: Li-Ion-Battery - Sensor-System: Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU).
As the system should be easy to be produced, we decided to use a composite material for the housing.

Vehicle weight reduction is primarily achieved by rational design of the structure, the useness of lightweight materials, and active use of lightweight processes.
The second is to optimize the design of materials, with low-density materials to replace steel material.
In addition to magnesium alloys and other materials used less, application of composite materials in the field of China's auto parts is less, and about which some people have vague understanding and a lot of people do not quite understand the concept of composite.
New materials are in many product categories , are strong alternative.

It is also pointed out in the literature that SPD techniques have the advantage of producing bulk ultrafine-grained (UFG) materials free of porosity [14].
On the other hand, Valiev et al [1] proposed that the feasibility of HPT at elevated temperatures during materials processing is of great importance for the development of industrial methods for grain size refinement by SPD.

The approaches to control interstitial pick-up will be discussed in the context of manufacturing technology: contribution of raw materials (10%), passivation (60%) and densification (30%).
Additionally, classification of milled materials into specific size fractions impacts oxygen levels in the material due to exclusion of a particular size in the material.
Milling times, liquid types, slurry fractions and starting materials were evaluated.

2.1.
Materials Selection Two different grades of asphalts AH 50 and AH 47 were purchased from local market.
As the combustion process of polymeric materials has occur through four steps viz.
(i) preheating, (ii) degradation, (iii) ignition, and (iv) combustion and propagation, so thermal analysis will definitely helps in evaluation of flammability of such materials.
