Crystal growth control system block diagram Cadmium Zinc Tellurium Crystal Growth Principle By material science know CdZnTe Crystal melting point higher, its melting point values is in connection with CdZnTe three materials ratio; for example, Te Zn0.04 Cd0.96, Crystal melting point is 1095 ℃[1].
