Abstract: The application of diffractive surface in the continuous zoom system is investigated by taking advantage of the negative dispersion characteristics of binary elements.
Because there are a limited number of lens materials that are used in MWIR spectral bands, in order to balance chromatic aberration, the silicon material was adopted as positive focal lens because it has high index and low dispersion.
We can derive the equivalent Abbe’s number and relative partial dispersion of BOE by the following formulas, Aspheric surfaces and diffractive surface were set up on germanium material to ensure they were easy to process Coefficient of rotationally symmetric BOE is shown as Tab.2

Introduction
Femtosecond laser pulse techniques was widely used to study the transient characters of metal, semiconductors, quantum well structures and nanometer materials [1].To study carriers scattering and dynamic mechanism in semiconductor, not only have important theory signification, it wass very important to design and fabricate high-speed optical devices also.

Introduction
SiC MESFETs have been developed for high power applications due to unique material
properties, such as, high saturated electron velocity, high breakdown field, and high thermal
conductivity.
The material structure consisted of a V-doped semi-insulating 4H-SiC substrate, a 0.25 µm p-type buffer layer doped < 5 x 10 15 cm-3, and a 0.26 µm n-type channel layer doped Nd = 2 x 10 17 cm-3.

Abstract.
Therefore, the orthogonal test and Marshall test were conducted to analyze the significance level of the influence of main factors on the compaction performance of the asphalt mixture, which is expected to improve the construction technology. 1 Raw materials and preparation experimentations The aggregate is basalt with the crushing value 9.37% and the impact value 0.653%, of which the apparent relative density are shown in Table 1.

Overview of the algorithm
In order to produce a composite material with mechanical properties matching as much as possible
those of arteries, the following approach was implemented using MATLAB.
Second, these parameters were used to calculate the mechanical properties of a filament wound collagen/silk composite material.
Among the main advantages, the easiness to adapt the method to other materials, matrices and fibres, such as, for example to collagen/PGA composite, have to be mentioned.
