Due to the metal materials present lower yield stresses when the forming temperature is increased, the elastic energy in the square cup at the end of hot stamping can be decreased.
A smaller die entrance radius can increase the through-wall plastic deformation of metal materials and causes a smaller springback in the hot stamped square cup after the tools had been removed.

Production scale and product scheme Following introduction is production scale of hot rolling, hot rolling coil (5.5Mt/a), finished product coils/plates (5.44Mt/a), it contains: coils for hot rolling pickling material (0.5Mt/a), hot rolling commercial coils (1.15Mt/a), skin pass coils (0.8Mt/a), cross-cut steel plates (0.45Mt/a), coils for raw materials of cold rolling (2.54Mt/a).
Hot rolling commercial coils are deposited in coil yard; raw materials that are for cross cut stack in raw material storage, cross cut bay has a set of cross cut unit and cross cut steel plate; skin-pass A-bay contains finished coils and steel of skin pass; skin-pass B- bay has a set of skin pass unit, steel of pass line and finished coils; for coil yard, cross-cut raw material yard and cross cut bay, each of them has one railroad line for transportation of steel coils.
