Conventional measurement by SEM is based on the comparative measurement method between the sample image and the standard reference materials image, but not the direct measurement.
In order to calibrating the standard reference materials (SRM)[2] such as 1D grating, standard meter, micro grid network of brass, the American National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has continued developing M-SEM and seeking for measuring method for many years.

These parameters include structure of rubber gasbag, material of polishing cloth, precession angle of polishing tool, granularity of abrasive particle, internal pressure of gasbag, downward depth, rotation speed of polishing tool, polishing time and so on.
The material of mould is Cr12 hardened round steel whose original surface roughness is Ra 0.460 μm, the diameter of semi sphere rubber gasbag is 40 mm, the rotation speed of polishing tool is 1000 r/min, the inclining angle of the polishing tool respect to the normal direction of local surface of mould is 15 degree, the granularity of synthetic diamond abrasive paste is W7.

Along with the polymer materials and various kinds of new type of functional material development, all kinds of precision micro injection molding product have been widely used in the electronic instrument field, computer, communication, biological engineering, aerospace, medical equipment, medical simulation field and so on[3,4].
When the measured temperature value T(t) is greater than preset temperature value TY ,namely,the gradual approximation temperature control method is adopted. 3.1.2 The realization of the gradual approximation control method In this paper, a section of a micro-injection machine barrel which does not fill material is chosen as an example to illustrate the gradual approximation control method based on PLC temperature control algorithm.
