Introduction Fiber reinforced resin matrix composites(GFRP), has got rapid development in the field of civil and electrical engineering because of its high strength but light weight, corrosion resistance and insulating properties[1].
Conclusions At present, the researches of fiber reinforced resin matrix composite have been at the developing stage in the field of power transmission engineering, but the studies of the combination structures of fiber reinforced composite material in transmission line tower is still in its preliminary stage.
Provide a reference for the new type of environmental material for transmission line engineering. 2.

Introduction
The crack width and deflection can be reduced effectively in civil engineering structure when it uses prestressed concrete (PSC) technique, because the compressive strength of concrete and tensile strength of steel bar in PSC can play their role effectively.
So PSC structure is widely used in civil engineering [1].
The training data will increase network availability especially large prestressed girder bridge field data collected in engineering practice.
