Many researchers had done lots of explorations and accumulated many research materials.
Yuji Wang who learned at Graduate school of Chinese academy of sciences, had realized the bead manipulation through high-gradient magnetic field, which produced by paramagnetic micro column array integrated in the chip [1].
At present, Chinese academy of sciences and Shanghai Jiaotong University have done some research about non-contacted magnetic bead droplet manipulation, especially qualitative analysis for the 3d magnetic field produced by the flat coils.
By partially differentiating Equation (2.1), the magnetic force per unit volume, (), in the horizontal x direction can be written as: (2.2) The magnetic force also can be expressed with the magnetic beads material properties and magnetic field gradient: (2.3) Where,,, are magnetic bead volume, permeability in vacuum, magnetic susceptibility, and magnetic induction intensity.

Optimization of Quenching Process Parameters of 15CrNiMo Steel Used for Roller Bit Bits Shengrui Su1,a *, Renbo Song1,b, Chi Chen1, Wensheng Ji2, Shide Li2 and Meiling Li2 1University of Science and Technology Beijing 2Ansteel Mining Company Auxiliary Material Factory a2802971367@qq.com, bsongrb@mater.ustb.edu.cn Keywords: 15CrNiMo; quenching process; mechanical properties Abstract.
In the bottom rock of the fractured well, the bearing part is composed of the internal structure of the cone, the claw journal and the rolling element [2].
Experiment The test material was taken from an annealed state of 15CrNiMo and had a size of φ130 mm and a height of 145 mm.

A rising of the material thickness in the outer areas of a circular sheet metal blank is enabled by preventing the lateral material flow.
The displaced material is flowing laterally.
The material is plasticised up to a larger strain and more material is displaced into the mould.

The researach performed within the scope of this topic involved a large number of experiments, including tensile and bending tests, hardness and toughness, as well as metallography and fractography tests, in order to determine the mechanical properties of the materials and the welded joints in detail, along with their microstructures and their influence on the obtained test results.
These values correspond to the parent material, since fracture occurred in it (as expected).
While ANSYS offers numerous benefits in terms of fatigue crack growth simulation, it does not have the ability to allow crack growth through different materials (both in terms of mechanical properties and Paris coefficients), thus it was necessary to come up with an alternative way of achieving this goal.

To decrease the effect of boundary conditions farthest, the whole size of this soil is determined to be 1670m×1110m×280m. 1 This project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 62073048).
The following tables list all material parameters for immersed tunnel.
Conclusion It is insured that the harmonious units are used in this analysis when defining material parameters, because wrong units would affect the response and contact stiffness of the materials.
The material data in finite element model should be precise, and the reason is that the precision of most nonlinear dynamic problems depends on the quality of material data.

Such an ironic continuous tear down and rebuilding process, no doubt, leads to the waste of land, manpower and material resources. 2.2 Dropping out of Natural Ecological Advantages Traditional dwellings using the indigenous materials such as mud and bricks based on the specific local conditions is certainly the easiest and most effective way of utilizing materials, which contributes to the highly appraised constructing wisdom and geographical buildings.
This wisdom is defined by the proper use of the local materials to create a specific spatial layout and external morphology and the creating a comfortable living condition using adaptable technologies.
These buildings accompanied by the decreasingly use of the traditional materials.
Ecological Approaches of Rural Dwellings 4.1 New Constructions of the Local Ecological materials Learning from the current practice of the combination of the traditional materials and modern technologies, we can introduce reinforced concrete frame, wooded frame and light steel into house constructions with mud and straw bricks added to fill up the spare spaces.
