In this case, Ishikawa diagram (Fig. 4) was used, and the main categories of causes that were taken into account are: man, method, material, machine.
Main components are: - The cost of performing the action (material + labour) – cost (C) - Benefit: reduction in time lost as a result of moving the reservoirs, eliminating the number of reported complaints) - The ratio of profit to cost (B/C) is 15.

Maximum stress appeared at the connection between the elevator and the platform , maximum stress is 115.68 MPa, based on the working platform, the main material is Q235 steel, the yield limit is 235 MPa, the designing safety coefficient is not less than 2, so the allowable stress of the work platform is 117.5 MPa.
