Therefore, in the present study, it was challenged to propose the possibility to use RHA as raw materials for functional material, such as zeolite.
These two raw materials were weighed with molar ratio as Si: Al: Na = 1: 1: 1.23 before adding de-ionized water (40 mass%) for making slurry.
The first one is TPA technique which used common raw materials and TPABr with molar ratio as SiO2: Al2O3: Na2O: TPABr =1: 0~0.15: 0~0.15: 0.06.
After weighing these materials and adding de-ionized water for making slurry and then, the slurry was casted in the mold (1×1×10 cm).

Nowadays, there are approximately 5 main parameters including angle of nozzle, distance between nozzle and material, media size, media type and pressure of FSP. [5] Materials and Methods In this research, SUS316L, Ti6Al4V and Ti6Al7Nb were selected due to the reasons that these materials are currently used in the medical devices and are biocompatible.
Materials were produced by cold rolling method with approximate 2 mm. thickness and prepared by being polished with sand paper number 1500.
Silica was used due to its biocompatibility and hardness which is higher than those of 3 base materials.
The dimple structure on surface can be confirmed by the increase of roughness of materials after FSP.
This can be described that since a value of contact surface of materials got affected by making a smooth surface with small dimples.

Scandia stabilized zirconia (ScSZ) has been attracted much attention as candidate materials for intermediate temperature of SOFC because it has the highest ionic conductivity among another stabilized zirconia materials.
