That’s it is needed to extends our knowledge about the behaviour of materials during the heating and cooling in welding process.
For this kind of knowledge it is needed to have an access to a wide range of laboratory base focused on the mechanical and thermo-metallurgical properties of the materials used.
Welding heat source delivering a specific amount of energy to the welded materials.

In order to compare the fatigue performance, fatigue samples extracted from two different carbon steel grade frame rail materials (BSK46 and IS2062) with bolt holes were subjected to tensile fatigue testing and the results are reported.
Material Properties The materials BSK46 and IS2062 chosen for this study are widely used carbon steels in the fabrication of truck frame rails with chemical composition and mechanical properties as shown in table 1.
A servo-hydraulic fatigue testing machine of 100KN loading capacity shown in fig.3 was used to test fatigue specimens of dimensional specification shown in fig.4, obtained from both BSK46 and IS2062 grade steel frame section materials.

Although resin materials have been usually used for a core substrate of the PWB, glass is expected to be used for the core substrate in order to miniaturize wiring and reduce the material cost [2].
Furthermore, in the glass substrate that uses glass for a core substrate, the difference of the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between glass and other substrate materials such as wiring and insulation resin exists.

Introduction
The mechanical properties of hard and superhard materials at the macrolevel are now fairly well studied [1].
The combination of these characteristics has made it one of the most common structural materials.
