Abstract: Transmission spectrum and reflectance spectrum have long been used to characterize gap semiconductor.
Optical energy band gap Eg can not only give the basic absorption edge of film material, but also reflect the energy band structure of film.
Fig. 5 (αhv)2 versus hv spectrum for the Gallium oxide films on Si (111) substrate Thin film materials under different generating conditions have different absorption edge.

The technological factors are errors in materials parameters,
errors in the process of production and assembling of system's components.
Operating factors are fluctuations of temperature, atmospheric pressure and humidity, refraction and turbulence of an air tract [4], image smear owing to object's motion, vibrations and materials decomposition.

Preface
In complex foundation by reclamation at coastal area, its upper is varied thickness backfill material, lower is mucky soft soil foundation.
Because of strongly vibrate for long time, bolt and nut are made by high strength material and high-strength connecting plate was soldered to reinforce body frame and sub-frame.
Material of medium carbon steel replace material of low carbon steel in order to strength.
