Demixing and decomposition of oxides in an oxygen potential gradient In many applications originally homogeneous materials are exposed to a thermodynamic potential gradient, which can be a gradient of temperature, chemical potential of one or more elements, electrical potential or uni-axial pressure.
Some well known examples are tarnishing layers on metallic materials [1,2] which act as corrosion protection, thermal barrier coatings [3] acting as heat shield, solid electrolytes in fuel cells [4], or gas separation membranes [5].
These fluxes can lead to three basic degradation phenomena of the materials.
The materials will be limited to oxides which are used in many applications due to their physical and chemical properties.

With this emerging technology, it is possible for the first time to rapidly deposit thin or very thick layers (mm to cm+) of a wide range of metals, and even some composite materials, without melting or vaporization, at or near room temperature, in an ambient air environment.
Introduction Cold spray [1-7] is a new coating method for the deposition of metal, alloy, polymer, or composite powder material onto various substrates.
The cold spray process was developed in the mid-1980s at the Institute for Theoretical and Applied mechanics of the Russian Academy of Science in Novosibirsk.
As shown in the figure, the distinguishing feature of the cold spray is the ability to produce coatings with the jet temperature range between 0 and 700͠, which is always lower than the melting point for the candidate powder and substrate materials.

Zhang Linchang has defined EMC as this: EMC is a science that studies a variety of electrical or electronic equipments (and living things, in a broad sense), which aim to operate smoothly and coexist with limited resources of space, time and spectrum, and not to degrade under such a condition [1].
EMC is based on the fundamental theories and technologies of electrical and electronic sciences, and concerns the solution of each theoretical or technical problem arising from natural or man-made electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Research subjects for EMC Science In industrial production and human life, the harm of EMI has been recognized more and more widely.
The exploration and application of new techniques, new materials and new devices are the trends of EMC technology development.

Although the commercial land meets the national standard, the building materials and land for selling cars accounts for 46%. 2. 4 Transportation links are poor due to lacking of transportation networks North of Jianshe Road area is a relatively closed area, and the city main roads cut the area into many blocks, just like a chessboard.
