In the field of heavy machinery, large mechanical components in mechanical processing, welding, mai- nitaining, assembling or materials handling often need to flip a different angles or positions.
It is aimed at seeking the best project application of entity materials in order to make the target variable (total stiffness and natural frequency, etc.) minimum or maximum when the workpiece under the same constraints [8,9].

In Rheometal, the slurry is created first by casting a solid cylinder into a steel rod (the Enthalpy Exchange Material) and then using it as a stirring device into the liquid metal.
The alloy was prepared from 70% AlSi7Mg (EN AC 42000) secondary ingots (provided by Stena Metall Group) and 30 % reused scrap material.

After the system to be tested is stable, overflow and underflow materials are collected.
By injecting flushing water into the equipment through the ring washing accessories, the fine materials with inclusions in the bottom flow can be separated into the overflow products, and the ultrafine classification of 50-45 um can be achieved. [13-15].
