Measurement science and technology are growing in recent years.
There will be no precise science if there is no measurement.
In this study, using the experience of existing measurement method, we try to research a new precise and efficient measurement method for raw silk fineness by modern measurement science and technology.

Experiment data and analysis
The wire rope test material which has tension fatigue is given.During the fatigue test,the magnetic field signal is measured by the detecting system mentioned above.The data is transferred to monitor computer by MCU,saved by VB program and processed by MATLAb algorithm program.Fig.2 shows the curve of the rude signal.

Generally, the total spiral length of groove ab recommended between 630° and 900° according to the production experience [3], considering the spiral condition of pure aluminum, the most suitable spiral length of the molding area is 855°, which facilitates material shaping, the suitable spiral length of the finishing operation area is 225°.

Apparatus and Material The apparatus used in this study consisted of a cubic tank, PCX2200 particle counter (HACH, USA), MICRO TOL online turbidimeter (HF, USA), RW20 N-type multiple velocity agitator (IKA, Germany), and industrial computer monitor.
