Influence of electrode wire and cutting fluid on the machining stability Influence of electrode wire on the machining stability The electrode wire: wire electrode material in high-speed WEDM is fast reciprocating operation, wire electrode is used repeatedly in the process, the electrode wire of different materials, impact on process indicators have different cutting speed.
The electrode wire materials are commonly used molybdenum wire, tungsten and molybdenum tungsten, in high speed wire cutting in the most commonly used are the molybdenum wire, molybdenum wire wire.
Because the cutting fluid is recycled, after a period of use, the cutting liquid includes many corrosion materials.

Introduction Positron Annihilation Lifetime Spectroscopy (PALS) is sensitive to vacancy-like defects in materials [1].
In both materials, Si was the dominant impurity (i.e., 90 ppm and 1500 ppm).
Materials Preparation and Experiments Materials Characteristics and Preparation.
The materials referred below as "doped" samples contained SiO2 (1497 ppm), MgO (723 ppm), CaO (686 ppm), Fe2O3 (415 ppm) and Na2O (404 ppm).

(Fig.1) Inherit regional characteristics of architecture by the application of local materials.
The same wall made of different materials will bring out different effects.
And the local materials have become an important aspect in regional architecture through a long time development.
Native building materials inevitably affect regional architecture: native building materials give the building its character, and building is the carrier of local regional cultures.

However, in most cases the cause of rising moisture sorption is fencing materials and condensation of water vapor in the interior of the enclosure.
Wet materials are less frost resistance and service life in terms of their alternate freezing and thawing is sharply reduced.

When the sheet surface is irradiated with a laser beam, a fraction of the laser energy is absorbed in the material.
This steep temperature gradients result in the differential thermal expansion of the material which produces thermal stresses in the material leading to counter-bending of the sheet away from the laser beam.
Finite Elements Simulation Model The nonlinear heat transfer equation for isotropic materials can be written as (1) where T is the temperature, which is a function of coordinate and time; ρ is the density of the material; c is the specific heat, λ is the thermal conductivity; and Q is the source of heat being expressed as heat generation per unit volume in unit time interval.

The effect of water is related to large waste, reduction in quality, and shelf life of these materials.
One analysis of this figure reveals that all processes occurred in the falling drying rate, i.e., there is no constant drying rate period for both types of materials studied, in accordance to several works reported in the literature [28-29].
As stated earlier, there was no constant drying rate period for both types of materials, and the in natura cassava cube reached equilibrium moisture content in a shorter time than the osmotically dehydrated cassava cube.
