Effects of aridity and salinization on soil microbial biomass C in A Desert Ecosystem Guan Haiying1, a, Zhao Xin1,b* 1Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China arh383440237@163.com, b*zhao_xin_99@yahoo.com Keywords:aridity; salinization; soil microbial biomass C (SMBC); desert ecosystem Abstract In this study, we measured soil microbial biomass C (SMBC) under four different land cover types (canopy, litter, lichen and bare soil) to determine the effects of aridity and salinization on SMBC of a typical desert ecosystem.
Materials and methods Study site and experimental design Field samplings were conducted in a Tamarix sample plot located at Fukang Desert Ecosystem Observation and Experiment Station of the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences (44°17′N, 87°56′E, 475 meters above sea level), near the southern edge of Gurbantünggüt Desert.

A practical and novel technique should be explored for the treatment of s-atrazine wastewater for the problem of high concentration of persistent contaminants, high level of salts and complexity of components. 2 Materials and methods All the chemicals used in the present investigation were of analytical reagent grade (purity>98%).
Nowadays microwave (MW) application is an active field of research, so it is also greatly applied in environmental science as a more effective, easier, cheaper extraction technique compared to traditional methods.
The major advantages of MW extraction are decreased extraction time, reduced solvent consumption, increased sample throughput technology is widely used in the environmental science as a more effective technique in wastewater treatment [9].

Implications for study methodology Mainstream organizations management paradigm is based on reductionism and determinism, linear balance of Newtonian science, assumes that the organization has specific causes and specific results, and predictable nature of organizational behavior.
However, the emergence of complexity science paradigm led to tremendous changes in the traditional management foundation.

Under new learning environment, students can get rid of restraints of time and space, freely choose the material they want to learner, so as to realize diversify and multi-level self-development.
The small problem or small topics can not only belong to science and technology class, but also the humanities; not only single, but also interdisciplinary type.
The network can provide students with rich background material and experts lecture data, demonstrate a variety of multimedia information, and create virtual situation with vivid effect.

It can negatively impact mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and other useful physical properties of materials.
This effect can cause engineering materials to underperform under service condition [1], leading to possible catastrophic failure.
The thermophysical properties of materials used in this work are those given in Reference 1 and 8 for Al-4.5%Cu.

Therefore, based on measurement information in the field geological materials (such as ground stress, elastic modulus, poisson's ratio, density, etc.) to inversion of in-situ stress data, and by adopting the method of partial least-squares regression parameters for rock mass was analyzed, its usefulness to solve geotechnical engineering opened a unique way to calculation parameter selection.By using PLSRM,the problems could be solved such as less sample points and strong correlation between the independent variables, and the fitting value could be obtained, that was used to establish the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable.
In mining engineering, in order to obtain data of underground geotechnical material and the stress distribution, sampling and measuring buried points under ground must be carried out.
