Compared with the traditional saving way by paper, it can not only save the precious data of soil census effectively by computer technology to supply detailed data for the various agricultural planning and forecasting, but also can make complex space analysis to all kinds of soil data to supply reliable materials for the various agricultural planning and deciding, which is good for the using and sharing of the soil data and promote the development of "digital agriculture".

If a nation can firstly get the quantity and scale of the national economic system in the next year and afterwards purchase the required material, the production of a nation will decrease the storage and production cost.
