The main material of the derrick is A3 steel, the material properties are: elastic modulus is 2.06×10 11Pa, the shear modulus is 7.9×10 8Pa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3, and the material density is 7.85×10 3kg /m3.

Due to its inexpensive equipment and material recycling capability, the technique is considered as a rapid and efficient method for forming complex metal micro-parts directly [1–3].
Experimental material was melted in the induction heating furnace, ejected out of the nozzle of 0.5mm in diameter forced by pneumatic pulse, and then formed uniform droplets.
In the experiment, 7075 aluminum alloy was chosen as spraying material, and in order to prevent its oxidation, the whole experimental platform was placed into a glove chamber filled with inertia gas.

Innovative Safety System of Work of Wood Cutting Electric Table Saw, Based on the Measurement of Current Consumption

Despite that, there are also special accessories that increase safety, e.g.: - material pushers dismissing the operator's hand from the blade of the saw, - transparent cover to protect eyes and face of the operator.
Geometric differences are due to loss of material and changes in the physical properties of the saw blade are due to local plastic deformations, high temperature and chemical effects of cut wood [13].
Power consumption during bucking dry wood in the system with signalling the exceeding rate of current consumption Analysing the received waveforms of current consumption by the saw while it is running, it is possible to notice that once it starts cutting with a speed of about Vp = 0.08 m/s, in any case where the alarm was triggered, the operator reduced the feed rate of the material, so that was also a reduction in current consumption of the chain saw and power consumption was close to the nominal.

The compressor has 7 main blades and 7 splitter blades, its exit radius is 47.5mm, the standard pressure ratio is 2.93, and standard air flow rate is 0.435kg/s, working speed of the compressor is between 50000~100000 r/min.Material of the compressor impeller is aluminum alloy, it is defined as isotropic material in ANSYS, its elastic modulus EX=7.0×1010N/m2 and Poisson's ratio PRXY=0.3, the density of the material is 2700kg/m3.
