Introduction The research has shifted from monolithic materials to composites in the last two decades to meet the global demand for light weight, more performance, environmental friendly, corrosion and wear resistant materials.
Al6061 is a popular choice as matrix materials to produce metal matrix composites due to its better formability characteristics and option for modification of the strength by adopting proper heat treatment.

The liquid phases in these materials appear at least of 150°C higher than in the magnesia spinel refractories.
Experimental procedure Materials.
The thickness of the interaction zone in the MZ materials was over 2000 mm.
In the both materials were observed different composition phases of the interaction zones.

This composite has a function to absorb and decompose bacteria and various other materials.
This composite material has the following characteristics: (1) the apatite adsorbs materials even without exposure to light; (2) materials adsorbed by the apatite are decomposed by the titanium dioxide photocatalyst on exposure to light; (3) the apatite is used as a spacer, allowing blending of the material with resins, organic coatings, and other organic materials; (4) though the photocatalyst requires a fixed interval to decompose organic materials, capture of materials by the apatite ensures decomposition.
But apatite cannot decompose absorbed organic materials [5].
First, the composite TiO2 powder can be added to resins and other materials.
For houses, organic materials vaporizing out of wallpaper, building materials, furniture and so on cause sick house syndrome.

Cutting tools were prepared from the sintered materials, with geometry according to ISO1832.
Keywords: Ceramic; Cutting Tools; Composites; SiAlON; Introduction There is a significant increase on use of silicon nitride (Si3N4) based ceramics as structural materials as a result of their excellent mechanical and chemical properties [1-2].
For this experiment on uncaoted materials, greater flank wear is observed as cutting speed is increased.
