The Simulation Theory of Heat Conduction
The model of three-dimensional heat conduction in homogeneous medium can be briefly expressed as Eq.1:
(1)
In which
T = T(t, x, y, z) is temperature, which is a function of time(t)and spatial variables(x,y,z)
∂T/∂t is the change-rate of temperature
g is the heat generated during unit time by unit volume of heat source
k is thermal conductivity of the material, ρ is the material’s density, Cp is the material’s specific heat capacity.

Basic Assumptions
In order to analyze the structure simply, the basic assumptions are presented as follows: The material is regarded as an idealized elastic-plastic model with hardening phrase.
The material model is a bilinear relationship.
At the same time, the geometric and material nonlinearity is considered in the analytical process.

Abstract.
The quenched material with a martensitic structure was tempered at 443K for 7.2ks, and then subjected to rolling contact fatigue testing.
While, in materials without such defects, it is also known that marked microstructural changes occur after a long duration.
Experimental Procedure The material used in this study was a high chromium, high carbon martensitic steel, SUJ2 (SAE52100).

A wealth of information on the fire behavior of materials was provided by testing on Cone calorimeter [1].
For low density materials, energy can be easily diffused from the surface to the depth of material, which results in less heat remaining at the surface of the material.

In this
system, two photopolymers are used for building the structures-model material and gel-like support
material (Fig. 8).
The jetting head with its 1536 nozzles slides back and forth along the X-axis, similar to the movement of a printer, depositing thin layers of both model and support materials.
As a result, material cost becomes our primary concern.
Furthermore, the cost of the machine and materials plays an important role in business decision-making.

The crack origin was not covered by corrosion products or material defects.
Valve Material The analyzed exhaust valve is made out of 214N valve steel which consists of about 21% Cr, 9% Mn and 4% Ni [12].
In this work the numerical model of material was defined as linear-elastic.
