The uncertainty of the supply process is mainly related to the supply of raw materials, transportation process, production process, such as suppliers of raw materials at the out of stock or of substandard quality, the opportunistic behavior of suppliers for their own interests, breach of contract, during transportation delays, machinery and equipment failure led to the interruption of the production process, these uncertainties will cause unable to meet customer demand, market share fell even lose market due to product obsolescence, thus causing huge losses to the supply chain enterprises.

In the analyses presented in this paper, it has been assumed that the yield strength of steel bars recovers when the material cools down [6], because the effect of steel degradation was not the main parameter investigated.

PVA was used as the host material for mixed-phase TiO2 powder in the form of nanofibers.
By producing TiO2 nanofibers via electrospinning technique while incorporating other suitable materials which would suppress electron-hole recombination would obviously enhance the rate of decomposition of organic pollutant.
