Thus, treatment by ultrasound of semiconductor materials in the growth process of the self-organized nanoclusters (for example, under the influence of laser irradiation, in the process of the molecular beam epitaxy, etc.) will promote the formation of the nanoclusters, uniform in the sizes.
The non-uniform deformation of this semiconductor material results from two factors: the acoustic wave action and the non-uniform redistribution of dot defects.

Based on the changes in the ultrasonic sound speed, tested materials are evaluated in terms of internal defects.
Ultrasonic inspection is one of non-destructive methods using ultrasonic waves to detect flaws inside the materials.
Due to the microstructural contents, ultrasonic sound speed shows some variations in the materials.
The chemical compositions for the charge materials are given in Table 2.

The microstructure of the materials was characterized by light metallography, fracture surfaces were observed using scanning electron microscope (SEM).
The temperature increase generated in the cutting zone leads to the melting of these dispersed particles and results in the local loss of materials strength and ductility, which in turn leads to chip breakage and lubricating the tool [1].

The construction of such pipelines requires the use of certain steel materials characterized by high strength and certain plasticity values.
Development of these materials started about 40 years ago thanks to introduction of the thermo-mechanical rolling technology and has been continued up to the present.

Both the two methods are deficiencies, the former can not provide a comprehensive real-time analysis, and spend a lot of human resources and material resources; the latter model requires high precision, and can not be well adapted to frequent changes in the cells and various land types.
